See this project come to life in our fly-through animation, created by our in-house visualisers.
The new Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics facilities at the Bridgend College Pencoed Campus has recently received full planning permission. The new academy will provide premises for teaching and learning for students aged 16 years and above, whilst creating ancillary and support spaces such as a café, large multi-purpose hall and social hubs.
Receiving Welsh Government funding, the project will be delivered to meet BREEAM Excellent requirements whilst fully embracing the BIM process to deliver an Asset Information Model.
Anticipated to complete in 2021, the development will regenerate a largely brownfield area of the campus, to create a much-needed high quality facility whilst preserving the special environment of Bridgend College’s Pencoed campus.
