The interior has seen a complete transformation including a new open-plan hub where students and staff can work or relax. The newly re-branded and re-configured facility is now befitting of this innovative and progressive college.

Following extensive stakeholder meetings, the refined brief identified the college’s aspirations for an ultra-modern facility. The space needed a complete overhaul to transform the once insular and solitary spaces into the free-flowing and transparent areas suitable for the building’s necessary functions.

The ‘hub’ incorporates the new open and exciting entrance foyer, created to enhance collaboration and interaction. Bookable meeting spaces are available to all and the open plan space circulates around a central Café. The ground floor also includes offices and a new student services HQ, designed with openness in mind to create a more inclusive, atmosphere with private counselling/calm rooms.

We look forward to revisiting the scheme in 2019 to see how the staff and students are adjusting to their new home.
