Bridge Street Exchange is shortlisted in the residential category. Built by Watkin Jones Group and completed in October 2018, this mixed-use retail and student accommodation development houses 477 students.
AluK (GB) Limited's refurbished industrial manufacturing facility and new build HQ office premises in Chepstow is shortlisted in the Commercial Category. The development previously won the Wales Property Awards for the Best Workplace Design in 2018.
Neath Port Talbot College Group's 6th Form Academy Hub has been shortlisted in the Regeneration category. This project involved the dramatic refurbishment, reconfiguration and extension of an existing 1960's campus building. It is now a bustling activity centre for college students and staff, incorporating a large social space and opening-learning environment to enhance collaboration and interaction.
